"Our Fire Salt was inspired by the base-seasoning of a closely-guarded family recipe for Soppressata, a traditional Italian dry-cured spicy sausage. We pair hand-harvested, solar-evaporated Pacific Ocean Sea Salt sourced from a family-owned salt company in Oregon, with freshly ground toasted Cayenne Chile and Sweet Paprika, to create a finishing salt with plenty of sharp flavorful heat.
